Landlords

Ikon Lettings is a new concept in property management - with an affiliation to The Wallich, (the biggest homelessness prevention organisation in Wales). We aim to give landlords, and tenants, the benefits of our years of experience in the social sector. We manage properties in a socially aware manner and we are a service dedicated to supporting those at risk of homelessness.

We have the advantage of having direct links with a number of agencies including the Bond Board and the Local Authority, which enables us to call on their knowledge and expertise to rectify, or to manage situations. For clients with social issues which might occur during a tenancy, we can offer support ourselves or in some cases make direct referrals to the appropriate agencies.

We also offer a Non-social service for those landlords wishing to tenant their properties with clients from the working sector.
