Resolving ProblemsAs an existing tenant in one of our managed properties you will understand that ensuring both our tenants and landlords receive high quality service at all times is of the utmost importance to us. During your tenancy should you find an issue at your property please notify us immediately so we can do all we can to rectify the situation. Whether it only be a dripping tap, if it is not brought to our attention soon enough it could become a whole in lounge ceiling. In office hours (Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm) please contact either the main office line (Swansea 01792 466523, Bridgend 01656 657045) or the mobile for the relevant office (Swansea 07824 991 380, Bridgend 07824 991 367) and we will deal with this on your behalf. PLEASE NOTE: If it is NOT an emergency please also use this number out of hours and leave a clear message with your name, address and contact telephone number and we shall contact you as soon as possible to discuss. Outside of office hours and ONLY in an EMERGENCY please contact Theo Facer (our out of office emergency contractor) on 07824991465. We can also help should your life undergo sudden changes. Please notify us if your circumstances change and we can try our best to help or put you in the direction of those that can. If you are having financial difficulties and feel you may be unable to pay the rent always notify us in advance so we can assist you as best we can.
