Social Tenants


  • We actually encourage applicants who are receiving benefits or are on low incomes to apply and we specifically manage properties that are rented at local housing allowance rents so there is no nasty top-up to find. There will still be some properties where a top-up is required but we ensure that the top-up is affordable.
  • There are no administrative or any other charges for using our service.
  • We will require one month/4 weeks rent in advance along with a bond (cash/bond board certificate) to enable you to move in to any of our properties.

  • Once you have found a suitable property you may be eligible for bond board certificate, crises loan, budgeting loan, community care grants (we can hold a property for a maximum of 4 weeks whilst your application is processed).
  • Please ensure your housing benefit application forms are completed before move in date.
